For the radish salad, wash the watercress and wash and slice the radishes. Cut the celery stalks into slices as well.
Mix everything together in a bowl. For the dressing, mix the oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce and season with pepper. Pour the dressing over the radish salad just before serving and mix well.
Preparation Tip:
For variety, you can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar for the dressing of the radish salad. This gives the dressing an even fresher note.
