For the pumpkin tiramisu, peel the pumpkin, dice, steam in very little water, strain, let cool.

When juice has formed – pour away.

Mix mascarino and sugar, vanilla sugar, fold in pumpkin ice cream, add cinnamon. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarino mixture.

Soak sponge cake in mixture of milk and almond liqueur and arrange in layers with the cream in a bowl.

Let stand for 2 to 3 hours.

Sprinkle with cocoa or sugar and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of almond liqueur, try e.g. pumpkin-chocolate liqueur from Tikev d.o.o. Very delicious is also cinnamon vanilla sugar over the pumpkin tiramisu.
