Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Place puff pastry sheets next to each other and defrost. Mix minced meat with an egg, soaked, squeezed bread, finely diced onions and crushed garlic clove. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder. Olives once cut tomatoes rinse, quarter, remove seeds and dice the tomato flesh. Dice the feta cheese as well. Rinse parsley, chop finely. Mix prepared ingredients and thyme of the minced meat mixture. Divide 8 puff pastry sheets into triangles. The remaining 2 sheets cut into strips with a pastry wheel. Brush the edges of the triangles with beaten egg and cover with the strips of puff pastry, spreading the minced meat mixture evenly over the triangles.

Cut cheese into strips and place over puff pastry corners. Place the corners on a baking tray rinsed with water and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Then turn the heat down to 180 °C and bake the puff pastry for another 15 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce and fresh lettuce.
