For pork with pineapple, first prepare the individual ingredients: Peel half the pineapple, cut it from the stalk and cut it into cubes of about 1 cm. Now wash the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds and also cut into 1 cm pieces. Peel the onion and chop it very finely. Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible.
