A simple but delicious cake recipe:

For the dough, mix flour and baking powder and gradually fold in the other ingredients. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet.

For the topping, blanch (scald) the poppy seeds with 1/2 to 3/4 liters of water and stir well. Soak the raisins in the rum. Mix both well with the melted butter, egg, beet syrup, honey, sugar and vanilla sugar and form on the dough.
