Instructions:

Knead all the dough ingredients together. Either by hand on the pasta board or with the food processor/dough arm.

Form it into a roll and divide into about 8 to 10 pieces.

Fold each peach into the dough, squeeze well and form a nice smooth ball.

Place in boiling salted water and let steep for about 10 minutes (without lid), scoop out and roll in the crumbs/nut mixture.

Melt butter in a pan and lightly toast the crumbs/nuts.

Roll the peach dumplings in it and serve sugared.

Preparation Tip:

Just let the peach dumplings steep and do not cook them or they will fall apart.
