Peach Compote Drink with Rosemary

Wash the peaches and remove the stems. Cut into quarters or eighths, depending on size.

Place in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients (except 2 sprigs of rosemary, which are needed for serving) and bring to a boil briefly, then simmer gently for about 1 hour.

Strain, let cool and pour into jugs or bottles.

Serve with a fresh sprig of rosemary!

Preparation Tip:

This juice can also be wonderfully prepared in the steamer.
