Instructions:

(*) Either instant powder from health food store or possibly home-made with 2 liters of water and coarsely chopped vegetables such as potatoes, onions, cabbage, celery, carrots, simmered for an hour.

To the finished vegetable soup add potatoes, parsnips, onions and parsley root and simmer for 20 minutes, then blend with hand mixer or magic wand. Add the whipped cream and season with pepper, cumin and turmeric (extraordinarily aromatic pounded in a mortar).
