Instructions:

Clean and rinse the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Put half of them aside. Remove the crust from the toast, soak in a little water and squeeze. Chop the parsley.

Knead the minced meat with the drained curd cheese, spring onions, 2/3 of the parsley, mustard and egg, season well with salt and pepper.

3. Form 12 meat loaves. Roast in a frying pan in the clarified butter for 5 minutes on each side, keep warm. Fry the remaining onion rings in the fat until translucent, add the remaining parsley and spread the onions evenly over the meat loaves.

Serve with mashed potatoes with parsley, chopped lettuce and a light wine.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
