Wash the oranges and rub them dry. Then cut both oranges in half. Cut one orange half into slices for decoration.

Scrape the pulp out of the remaining three halves with a spoon and puree with a blender. Add the liqueur.

Then whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. If you like it very sweet (or if the oranges are sour), you can add more sugar.

Now fold the orange puree into the whipped cream and fill the three orange halves with it.

Decorate with orange slices and chopped pistachios. Refrigerate.
