Mix rice flour with a little orange juice, boil the rest of the juice, add rice flour, lightly bubble for about 5 minutes, add spices,
set aside to cool.
Whip the cream until half stiff, add the acacia honey and orange to the mixture.
Fill in portions and garnish with orange slices.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
