Flatten meat a little and cut into 1-2 cm wide strips.

Stir through spices, sherry, soy sauce and oil. Mix with the meat and pull in about 8 hours, preferably overnight.

Pull meat onto long wooden skewers in an accordion shape. Roast under hot broiler or in hot oil for 2-3 min on each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
