For the lime curry, cut the pork into rough cubes. Sauté the onion, garlic and chili peppers in a pan with the coconut oil.

Put the meat in a bowl, add the onion mixture and pour the lime and orange juice over it. Crush the spices in a mortar and add to the marinade.

Mix everything well and cover with a lid or cling film and leave in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, put the meat and the marinade in a pot and add the chicken soup.

Let it boil until all the liquid is reduced to a thick sauce.

Preparation Tip:

The lime curry is best served with rice and possibly pineapple chutney or another chutney to taste.
