For the lemon cream cookies, sift flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients in order and knead with a hand mixer (dough hook) until smooth. Knead again briefly with your hands and roll out to a thickness of 5 mm.

Cut out cookies with different cookie cutters (e.g. stars, flowers) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 6 – 8 minutes until light. Allow to cool. For the glaze, mix the ingredients until smooth and glaze the cookies thinly with it. Sprinkle the finished lemon cream cookies with crumbles.
