For the leek snails spread sour cream on rolled out dough.

Cut leeks into rings and place on top. Top with tomato pieces. Take quantity according to taste. Sprinkle with spices and cheese, roll up and cut into pieces.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven at 160 degrees (hot air) until golden brown.

Serve leek snails cold or warm.
