Instructions:

For the classic iced tea, first pour boiling hot water over Ceylon tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes, then pour it into a container filled with about 20 ice cubes. Add the juice of 2-3 lemons or limes and sugar to taste. Add peach juice. Prepared in this way, the iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for another day.

For the fruit iced tea, prepare double strength (45 g per liter) fruit tea and steep for 10 minutes. Pour over about 25 ice cubes to cool. Sweeten as desired or use a fruit syrup to match the fruit tea to sweeten and flavor.

For the iced mint tea, pour boiling hot water over fresh mint or mint tea and steep for 10 minutes. Pour over about 25 ice cubes to cool. Add sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice of choice. Decorate with a mint leaf.
