Rinse and dry the kitchen herbs. Peel the garlic clove, cut into slices. Put the herbs, garlic and peppercorns in bottles and add the oil. Close the bottles and leave to infuse for two weeks.

Good for frying vegetables in batter and for short fry.


Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also have a fresh taste!
