For the pancakes, mix milk and egg in a bowl. Stir in flour, oatmeal and baking powder with a mixer.
Fry the batter in a pan over medium heat and a little oil until cooked through.
For the cream, in a smaller bowl, mix together the low-fat curd, yogurt and protein powder (I used chocolate coconut).

You can also make the pancakes with any other cream.
