For the green spelt slices, add the green spelt meal to 500 ml of boiling water, let it swell for a few minutes, then add milk, salt, sugar, bell pepper, paprika and yeast broth extract and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.
Spread the mixture on a moistened baking board and cut rectangles. Fry in hot coconut oil until golden brown.
