Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes and mix with soy sauce, curry and finely chopped garlic, put in the refrigerator and pull in about 1 hour. Make the long grain rice in enough water with a pinch of salt.

Finely chop the shallots, finely slice the ginger, finely ring the spring onions and dice the pineapple into 1 cm cubes.
