Cut meat into not too small cubes. Finely dice the onions. Clean the mushrooms and maybe cut them in half. Cut potatoes and carrots into slices. Fry bacon cubes in butter, add meat and onions and fry heartily while turning. Add remaining ingredients, mix, season, pour beef broth over it and cook for about 1 hour.
