For the festive dumplings, grate raw potato into a bowl of cold water, adding a dash of vinegar beforehand.
Wrap in a cloth, squeeze and put in a bowl and add the cooked potatoes.
Add eggs, semolina and melted butter, salt and work into a dough. Form dumplings and put cubes of bread as filling.
Cook the festive dumplings in a pot of boiling water for 25 minutes (small flame).
