For the coffee pudding, place butter and sugar in a bowl. Separate eggs and add yolks to the bowl one at a time, stirring constantly. Stir the mixture until fluffy.

Soak the bread rolls, removed from the crust, in coffee, squeeze and stir in together with almonds, lemon zest and whipped cream as well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Grease the pudding mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pour in the mixture and cook in a haze for 1 hour. Turn out the coffee pudding and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Serve whipped cream with the coffee pudding.
