Instructions:

1. pour water into a suitable bowl. Sprinkle dry yeast and wait about 5 minutes until the yeast has dissolved.

Add vegetable oil, olive oil and half of the flour. Mix for 5 min with a mixer (mix ingredients). Add the rest of the flour and mix again for 5 min with the dough hooks until a smooth dough is formed. Let the dough rise for an hour until it has doubled in volume. 3.

Grease two pizza pans or tart pans (approx. 25 cm) and spread with the dough. The dough should be shaped up the sides of the pans. Cover dough with mozarella slices and evenly distribute chopped tomatoes on top. Season with garlic, oregano, basil and salt. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and olive oil on top.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes on the middle rack until the edges of the dough are golden brown.

Variations

The dough can be seasoned, as well as this basic recipe can be added with any pizza toppings.
