A cake recipe for all foodies:
1. for the dough, mix flour with baking powder, sift into a wide. Add curd, milk, oil, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients with a mixer and dough hook on the highest speed for 1 minute to form a dough (not too long, otherwise the dough will stick).
Roll out the dough on a baking tray (30 x 40 cm, greased). 3.
For the topping, melt butter and spread on the dough. Mix sugar with vanillin sugar and almond kernels, spread evenly on the dough, place a strip of aluminum foil, unbent several times, in front of the dough and put the tray in the oven. Top/bottom heat: 180 to 200 °C (preheated) Hot air: 160 -180 °C (preheated) Gas: approx. level 3 (preheated) Baking time: approx. 20 min. Tip: knead 75 g raisins into the dough at the end.
