For the breakfast palm, soak the chia seeds in about 400 ml of water. Divide the Greek yogurt between two plates, sweeten with sweetener or sugar according to taste.
Cut a banana in half lengthwise and place in the center of the plate. Peel the tangerines and divide into wedges. Arrange amaranth, chia seeds, mandarins and almond paste decoratively.

Instead of almond paste, you can use the cheaper peanut butter for breakfast palm.
