Instructions:

Mix mustard, eggs, ground beef, crushed garlic clove and bread crumbs well, season with salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco. Form balls, press flat and set aside to cool.

Preheat the broiler and lightly oil the broiler. Roast the burgers for three minutes, flipping carefully to the other side in between.

Lightly toast the split buns on the broiler. Roast bacon slices until crispy, drain on paper towels. Slice tomatoes, onion and cucumber.

Assemble burgers with onion rings, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bacon and cucumber.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
