The clean berries with 1 Ltr. water and 2 lemons cut into slices briefly boil and infuse 30 min. The amount in a scalded linen cloth form and slowly run through (5-6 hours. Add 1, 5 kg of sugar, briefly boil repeatedly and pour into preheated bottles. Seal well.

Tip:

Syrup is diluted with water ev. mineral water and can be used for the preparation of glaces, respectively desserts of all kinds, as well as for cocktails and mixed drinks.
