Grate the pumpkin, salt a little, leave for half an hour and then squeeze well. Fold in flour – crumble sheep’s cheese, whisk eggs and dill – season – mix to a malleable mass. Form loafs and fry in oil. Cover and keep warm. Sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds before serving.
