For the baked pumpkin and potato wedges preheat the oven to 180°C convection oven. Core the pumpkin and cut into narrow wedges. Peel the potatoes and cut into eighths lengthwise.

Put olive oil with the spices in a sealable bowl. Add pumpkin and potato pieces, close lid and shake bowl vigorously until everything is well mixed.

Also place squash and potatoes on a baking sheet, spread remaining marinade on top.

Put baking tray in the oven for about 40 minutes. The baked pumpkin and potato wedges go wonderfully with grilled or roasted meat or fish.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, use the potatoes unpeeled.
