For the baked apple in pineapple curry sauce, remove the core from the 4 Golden apples. Fill the apples with the Mostarda Purée of pineapple, place them in a mold greased with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Pour some white wine over the sugared apples. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve lukewarm, drizzling the baked apples in pineapple with the sauce from the mold.

You can also top the baked apple in pineapple curry sauce with warm caramel sauce or chocolate sauce and add pistachios.
