Baked Apple in Combi Steamer

For the baked apples, core the apples by poking a hole in the center. Mix walnuts with almonds, sugar, cinnamon, marzipan and raisins and stir in the rum.

Fill the apples with the mixture. Then put the baked apples in the universal roaster and finish with butter flakes

Preparation Tip:

Roast in the combi steam oven at the following setting Hot air plus 180 °C 70 humidity 20 minutesTop/bottom heat 200 °C 50 % humidity 5 minutes
