Instructions:

(1) Clean, peel and coarsely dice the carrots. Peel and coarsely grate the ginger. Rinse, halve, seed and dice the chili pepper. (2) Heat ghee in a large saucepan.

Add the carrots, lentils and spices (except the mint) form and sauté everything together. (3) Then add the water and mint leaves and cook the soup in an open pot at low temperature for about 40 minutes. Season with salt and sugar of your choice.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
