1. butter, curd, flour and salt knead into a smooth dough, cool for half an hour with the lid closed.
2. remove the skin from the onions, cut into cubes. Remove peel from apples, cut into quarters, remove core, cut into small pieces, sprinkle on the spot with juice of one lemon and mix.
Cut breakfast bacon into small cubes, fry in hot butter. Add onions and sweat until translucent, then add apple pieces, sauté 3-4 minutes until soft. Season heartily with salt, pepper and marjoram.
Mix eggs with crème fraîche, whipped cream and Gruyère. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Line a greased baking dish with the dough, forming a rim. Spread the apple and onion mixture evenly on the dough and pour the egg whipped cream over it. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C (middle rack) for half an hour.
