Ants Climb the Tree

A recipe that is visually something – Ideal to impress guests!

For ants climb the tree, pour heavily salted boiling salted water over glass noodles and let them soak until soft. Meanwhile, in a wok or heavy skillet, heat the oil. Add the mince and brown. Add the bean sauce, stir through and boil down vigorously.
