For the amaretitni fruit cup, toast the flaked almonds in a frying pan without fat until light brown, set aside.

Place the amarettini in a freezer bag, crush coarsely with your hands. Divide cookie mixture evenly among 4 dessert glasses, drizzle each with 1 tbsp. amaretto.

Stir crème fraîche with powdered sugar, orange juice and juice of one lemon. Spread the cream evenly over the cookies and leave to infuse in the refrigerator.

Cut the nectarine into wedges and spread evenly over the dessert with the raspberries and amarettini.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can sprinkle the Amarettini Fruit Cup with toasted almond flakes.
