For the Adam’s apple, peel the apples and cut out the core. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil water with white wine and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Steam the apples in it for about 10 minutes. Remove, drain and let cool. Fill with strawberry jam and lard with almond slivers. Pour over Calvados. Whip whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and pipe onto tartlets. Place the apples on top. Then top with the cleaned, quartered and sugared strawberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar. The Adam’s apple is ready.

Preparation Tip:

If strawberries are not in season, you can garnish the Adam's apple with other seasonal fruits.
