Instructions:

first beat eggs and powdered sugar until creamy. Now add oil and eggnog. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients. Finally, stir in the chocolate sprinkles.

The batter is plenty for two loaf pans or 1 ring mold.

Bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour.

Dust the cake with powdered sugar or coat with chocolate icing.
