A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cream the light butter with the cane sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the fat-sugar mixture. Fold in the carob powder, the carob chocolate cut into small pieces and the sunflower seeds. Add as much mineral water to the dough until it is nice and fluffy.

Later, pour into a greased cake pan and bake at about 180 °C for 50-70 min. Bake. After cooling, coat the cake with carob glaze.
