For the marbled pancakes, make a liquid batter with flour, milk, eggs, salt and vanilla sugar. Divide the mixture in half and stir the cocoa into one part.
Heat butter in a pan, pour the light and dark batter into the pan at the same time with 2 small ladles and bake pancakes with it.
Fill with jam and serve.
Preparation Tip:
The marbled pancakes can also be filled with any other filling, e.g. nut, chocolate, vanilla, ice cream,... can be filled.
