Tangerine Magic Cake

For the Tangerine Magic Cake, place all ingredients (except cake base) in a large, well-sealed bowl. Shake vigorously. Place cake ring around cake base and pour in mixture.

Smooth out and place in freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour.
