Try this delicious cake recipe:

Whip the egg whites, gradually add the sugar (1), continue to whip until firm. Stir in the coconut flakes (1) and the flour.

Spiralize on parchment paper into 18 circles (6-7 cm ø). Bake in the heated oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom at 160 °C for 25-30 minutes, keeping the oven slightly open with a wooden spoon (gas 1-2, convection oven 20 minutes at 130 °C). Cool on cake racks.

Melt the cooking chocolate and brush the smooth side of the macaroons with it. Set. Beat butter with remaining sugar (2) until creamy. Top each 3 macaroons with 2 layers of buttercream. Spread remaining cooking chocolate on top in a thin layer. Sprinkle with remaining coconut flakes (2).
